AIDIL FITRI 1430H: TETAMU HADIR BERSERTA DOA






7 Syawal 1430H
Alhamdulillah.... ucapan syukur yang tidak terhingga kepada Mu kerana dengan kudrat dan rezeki yang Kau berikan kepada kami sekeluarga telah mengadakan Majlis Jamuan Hari Raya di premis kami No 11. King's Avenue, Crumpsall. Jamuan bersama dengan pasangan Tuan Jupri Bade dan Dr. Nurul Aini serta Tuan Ahmad dan Hidayah bermula dari jam 12-7mlm.

Alhamdulilah ramai sungguh tetamu yang hadir. Inilah nikmat Allah kepada kita, walaupun jauh dari tanah air, keriangan serta kegembiraan menyambut Aidilfitri tetap sama di bumi Manchester ini.
Alhamdulilah cuaca sangat cantik hingga ke malam so that we had a successful garden event.

Di kesempatan ini diucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada tetamu yang hadir. Yang mana terkurang kami mohon kemaafan. Didoakan sekira Allah panjangkan umurku kita bertemu lagi di Ramadhan dan Syawal 1431H. Insyaallah.

DEMOTIVATION VS SELF EMPOWERMENT

Today I want to write topics about DEMOTIVATION VS SELF EMPOWERMENT. Most all of us have experienced both of these words in their entire life.
Demotivate means decreasing in somebody's enthusiasm: to make somebody feel less interested in working or studying effectively.
Self Empowerment means self confident or assertive: to give somebody a greater sense of confidence or self-esteem. (http://encarta.msn.com/dictionary).

These 2 words contrasted each other in many ways. When i encounter this feeling normally I am at the lowest state of emotion and spiritual. It also affected my physical where the body aching for no reason but the worst attack is in our mental. Oh ya good to mention diseases such as laziness, procrastinating, sluggish will also strike me easily, basically you name it you got it. Once it stick it is difficult to remove from yourself. I felt that I am no longer like me before and have this negative thinking of everything at all time. That is bad haa.. I need to get rid of this feeling immediately but how??
I love to include this, “Kita cepat lalai bila kita dah senang. Kita cepat menyalahkan takdir bila kita susah. Sebagai manusia beremosi, itulah kelemahan kita” (http://www.imotivasi.com/).
I remembered M’sia Motivator Dr. Fadhilah Kamsah once said that we have to be smart in controlling our emotion. Otherwise, we becoming more and more demotivated and demoralised for our self. Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will (Mahatma Gandhi).
The most authentic empowerment knows that your existence is on purpose. Allah made us to be the khalifah in the world. He created air, water, land, mountain and etc for us. As He completed His duties, now is our duty to make the world peacefully and harmoniously. I have to get back on my feet and gathered all the strength. I have special duty Allah. I need to get this done.
Imam Shafi RA quotes that,
“All humans are dead except those who have knowledge...and all those who have knowledge are asleep except for those who do good deeds..and those who do good deeds are deceived except those who are sincere...and those who are sincere are always in a state of worry."
I don’t know who this Les Brown to be honest is but I like the quaotation saying, "When you face your fear, most of the time you will discover that it was not really such a big threat after all. We all need some form of deeply rooted, powerful motivation -- it empowers us to overcome obstacles so we can live our dreams."

I hope by today i could move onwards not backwards. Tips of the day:
  1. Stay focus to your aim to achieve your PhD, being a good muslimah, wife and mother. Never stop!
  2. All ujian from Allah would be temporary and easy if we face it with calm and patient. The problems wouldn't be any lesser infact would be more burdening and miserable if we face it with anger, stressful and moody.
  3. Try this SWOT analysis on yourself. SWOT analysis method is use for analysing the site in any design project. S mean Strength, W- Weaknesses, O- Opportunity and T-Threat. Analyse each and every meaning that could empower yourself.

Less is More

Hari ini walaupun kerja PhDku kurang productive tapi aku berjaya dalam satu perkara yang dah lama ku cuba tapi tak pernah berjaya...iaitu tukar template blog. Alhamdulilah...Thanks Mar!! i owe you something. Maybe i could share with you my new invented receipi...
My lastest are:
  • ayam bakar pudina - this is very delicious but only reveal to close friend only
  • pisang goreng- maybe not that eciting but i manage to get the flour ratio for the better perfectly, alhamdulilah. This is the most laris appertiser during my Hari Raya open house on last Saturday.
  • rojak pasembor
  • gulai kawah kambing
  • nasi minyak

Alhamdulilah, syukur ku pada Mu ya Allah tidak terhingga kerana dengan rezeki kebijaksaan Mu serta kehebatan Mu. Tanpa Mu aku tidak dapat mencampur adukkan bahan2 yang ada di muka bumi ini.
